It would depend on the position you are applying for. Positions such as veterinary doctor, pet stylist, dog trainer, or dog handler do require previous experience in handling animals. However, other positions such as customer service representatives, administrative positions, media positions, and assistant helpers do not necessarily require previous experience in handling animals. All staff members go through animal handling training during their careers at Dragon Animal Care Center.

As part of our new HR strategy, we only hire and promote staff who have the capacity to improve their skills, adapt to our work environment, and advance their careers at Dragon Animal Care Center. Staff members who meet or exceed their job objectives with the required level of quality are eligible for sponsored training and development opportunities. This may involve participating in overseas or locally held training programs.
