RETURNS POLICY

At Dragon Animal Care Center, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide a stress-free return and exchange policy while ensuring the well-being of our customers and their pets. Please review the guidelines below for our return and refund policy:

  • Returns and Refunds:
  • Unused or defective purchases can be returned within 15 days of delivery (on selected items).
  • To receive a full refund, all returns must be accepted within 15 days of delivery (on selected items).
  • Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment.
  • Exclusions:
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
  • Food items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products due to safety and quality concerns. However, if there is an issue with the quality of the food (e.g., packaging damage), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Fabric items: Products such as clothes, leashes, collars, harnesses, toys with fabrics, beds and blankets, cat poles, cat trees and houses, hair clippers, and clipper blades cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

For defective products or if the customer has received the wrong item, please call or email Dragon Animal Care Center at the number/email below within 24 hours of delivery.  Please have your order number included in the email or ready for the call.

All returned items must include a copy of the invoice/receipt and be in the same condition upon delivery. Leather tags, dust bags, any accessories, and authenticity cards accompanying the delivered purchase must be included. Merchandise that has been used or worn is not eligible for return. If an item has become damaged, soiled, or altered after delivery, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee from the original purchase price. Monogrammed or personalized items are non-returnable.

By global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of skincare, make-up & cosmetics unless damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied. If you wish to return your faulty or incorrectly supplied order for a refund or to exchange certain Products, you must inform us within 15 days of receipt of your order, and return the relevant Products in-store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging with a copy of the relevant receipt and a valid ID.

How to return an item?

If you would like to return an item that has been delivered to you, you must physically return it to Dragon Animal Care Center located on Duhail Ain Bin Bahar Street, Street-964, Building-4, Doha, Qatar. Please follow the instructions outlined below.

  • Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork and all products must be unused.
  • Enclose the invoice/receipt
  • Present the package to the appropriate section in Dragon Animal Care Center.
  • Keep the Order Number for your return to monitor the return status.
  • Once your item has been returned, please allow 3-5 business days processing time within the showroom for them to inspect, scan and process the return. Please also take notice, it is at the discretion of your bank how long it takes for it to show up on your credit card statement

NO EXCHANGES

At Dragon Animal Care Center, unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at any time. You must return your product within 30 days.  A refund will be credited to the original method of payment. You then can re-order a new product on www.Dragons.qa. Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be exchanged.

NO CREDIT

Please note, we do not offer credit for any purchases.

To return in-store, simply bring the item and invoice/receipt to the address below within 15 calendar days of delivery, and a manager will assist you with the process.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund you via the original payment method. Refunds can take up seven to fourteen days to reach your account after your return has been processed. We understand that your money matters and that’s why we promise to keep you updated at every step, so you will know when the refund is on its way.

You can also check your parcel’s delivery status with our carrier. To do so, use the tracking number on your returns label. For a swift refund, please ensure that all items meet the conditions of our Return Policy.

CANCELLATION

A customer can cancel an order if he/she wishes; however, the cancellation request should be made before dispatching the order from our warehouse. If any payment was made, it will be refunded through the same payment method, in which the order was placed.
