We are here to help your animal in urgent times . We take all emergencies seriously and give priority to emergency over regular appointments or walkin cases. In such times every second counts and we may skip our regular pre consultation procedures and processes. We aplogize in advance to any customer who may had or will face any delays in their vet appointments as a result of our vets attending a patient in emergency sitiuation 

Do the following as soon as you have arrived with the patient 

1. Immediately notify yourself to our customer services staff or vet staff at our checking counter.
2. Ask for animal stretcher , carrier or assistance if needed for the patient.
3. Keep calm & cooperate with our veterinarians when you are asked information about the patient.
4. Our vets will judge the urgency of your case & will deal with the patient accordingly.
5. Once the matters are in process one of our representative will begin with registration formalities.
