Below are the fire safety & measures actively in place at Dragon premises 

  • We strictly have no smoking policy in Dragon except in smoking designated zones . 
  • All indoor areas of Dragon premises are installed with advanced fire & smoke detectors which could trigger the safety alarm . We take all safety alarms seriously hence we advise staff & customers to evacuate the building .
  • Assembly points have been carefully allocated aound dragon premises to gather the evacuatees in case of emergencies .
  • Staff kitchens are only equipped with electonic stoves & boilers to reduce the risk of fire . 
  • All dragon employees must undergo fire safety & emergency evacuation training when joining dragon during their onboarding period . 
First Aid & Medical Health at work
First Aid & Medical
  • First Aid Kits – We have placed fully equipped medical first aid kits at several points in Dragon’s premises . This is for quick & easy reach in case of emergencies . 
  • First Aid Training – As part of our staff onboarding we encourage all our staff to go through first aid training . In all shifts we have atleast one staff who is trained in first aid . 
  • Contagious Disease Control –  We restrict staff coming to work place if he/she has contracted a contagious disease or shows critical syptoms of being contagious. 
  • Zoonotic Disease Control – Our procedure & policies have been designed to prevent any outbreak of zonotic diseases . We also ensure we provide enough tools , equipments and solutions to our staff when dealing with ill animals. 
  • Health & Hygeine Measures– As precaution we advise all our staff & customers from refraining to shake hands or any body contact in order to help prevent the spread of Covid 19 virus . Also other measures such as wearing masks , washing hands and cleaning surfaces are already in place.
  • National Medical Health Insurance – Adhering to Qatar’s National Labor law we provide all our employees with national medical health insurance so that our staff could get themselves medically examined or treated if need be .

Employee Safety
  • Protective aid & tools – Working with nervous / aggressive animals could be dangerous therefore we provide our staff with protective gloves and restraining tools.
  • Zero Tolerance to physical abuses / threats of physical assault towards our staff  – We donot tolerate any form of physical violence or threat from anyone towards our staff . We immediately will remove the threat from our premises until the threat has been nutralized or we may even involve the police to remove the threatening person . 
  • Protective Measures – We have sufficient warnings & trainings in place for staff to take the right precautions when dealing with animals or aggressive customers / colleagues.
