  RETURN & DELIVERY POLICY

  Returns:

  • Return Policy: Items must be returned unused or defective within 15 days of delivery (only applicable to selected items).

  • Condition: Returns should be in their original condition and packaging. Items with damage occurring after delivery may incur a 50% restocking fee.
  • In-Person Returns: Visit Dragon Animal Care Center at Duhail Ain Bin Bahar St., Street-964, Bldg-4, Doha, Qatar, with the invoice/receipt.

  Exchanges:

  • Exchanges: We do not process exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.

  Credits:

  • Credits: We do not offer store credits. All sales are considered final.

  Refunds:

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days after the returned items are inspected. You can track the progress using your order number.

  Cancellation:

  • Cancellation: Cancellations are possible prior to dispatch. The refunded amount will match the original payment method.

  Delivery:

  • Delivery Timing: Deliveries are scheduled for the next day between 8 pm and 12 am.
  • Delivery Service: Our dedicated fleet ensures the best delivery service.
  • Shipping Fees: Multiple separate orders may incur separate shipping fees.
  • Free Delivery: Orders over 500 QAR qualify for free delivery. Orders below 500 QAR are subject to a 20 QAR delivery fee.
